NOTSA, ASTON ON TRENT OFFICIALLY OPENS ON 2 MARCH 2023.

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that NOTSA, Aston on Trent our 8th site, will open its doors on Thursday 2 march at 6pm. 

After extensive renovation work NOTSA is set to become a new, hybrid Café, Deli & Bar in Aston on Trent. Offering breakfast, lunch, tapas & champagne breakfasts served with freshly ground coffee from 200 degrees, awarding tea from Birchall’s alongside our usual excellent selection of drinks, including a range of Derby Brewing award winning ales. The deli counter will provide a selection of fresh cakes & bar snacks which will be available into the evenings once the kitchen closes.  

If that’s not enough, the bar will also offer an extensive range of craft and world beers, ciders, world wines, artisan spirits plus NOTSA house cocktails. 

So whether you want to come in for coffee and cake, enjoy a pint of DBC ale or book in for a champagne breakfast our team at NOTSA are ready to welcome you in.
